Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT Manager / Team Lead to manage and optimize cloud infrastructure, Linux servers, and VoIP systems. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge along with team handling and client coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Linux servers and cloud infrastructure
- Monitor system performance and ensure high uptime
- Handle firewall, VPN, and SIP security
- Lead IT team and coordinate with clients/vendors
- Ensure SLA compliance and quick issue resolution
- Maintain network documentation, SOPs, and runbooks
